At Shlok Studio, every product is crafted with care. As many of our items are made to order, please read our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer
Change of mind
Color variations due to screen settings
Customized or personalized products
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Please check our size chart before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product has been inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
